A few things to know in advance-

🔥Tonight is an opportunity for you to experience what we have here at the Glade, Our speciality is venue Hire so that you can have the whole space for your own private peaceful events. it will be much busier than usual, but you will get a sense of what’s on offer.

🔥You are welcome on site from 6 pm and the evening will be finishing around 10 pm.

Our opening act will be at 7 pm and Dan Waples will be playing at 7:30 pm.

He will be joined by Eve Whittingham on the cello.

Please note that the café will be closed for an hour while Dan plays.

• Please Car share as much as you can
• Be careful when driving on site as it is a field and it has been wet.
• The whole site is solar powered, and quite dimly lit in the evenings, so please bring a torch if you would feel more comfortable with this.
• Please note that phone reception on site is not great, but we do have Wi-Fi in the Marquee.
• There are no allocated timeslots for the Spa as such, but we request that you pay attention to the general ‘flow’ of the space to ensure everybody’s peace and enjoyment. There are many different spaces to enjoy on site, so we ask you to kindly be patient with the flow of the spa.
• Please note that alcohol is not allowed if using the Spa as this is a serious health and safety risk. It’s also very important to have regular rests to cool down in between the Spa sessions and to shower regularly , ESPECIALLY before entering the hot tub.
• Children are welcome and can come free of charge, but please keep them close to you and respect the peaceful sanctuary of the Spa area.
• For the comfort of everybody, we requested no nudity at our larger events, however, women are welcome to be topless if that feels most comfortable.

Please also bring-

🔥TWO towels each as we ask everyone to sit on one in the sauna

• A water bottle, it’s very important to stay hydrated when in the Spa.
• Warm and wet appropriate clothing/footwear.
• Cash for the cafe/massages/ salt scrubs
• Chair massages available for £25.
